Pk luk is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Each person may only hold one account on pk luk. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration. Opening an account with false details is a direct violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for your account's security — do not share your password with anyone.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and use any services on pk luk. This applies without exception.

Age must be declared at the time of registration, and PK Luk reserves the right to verify it at any time via national ID or other official documents. If a member is found to have registered while under 18, their account will be closed immediately.

Protecting minors is one of PK Luk's highest priorities. If a parent or guardian suspects that their underage child is using PK Luk, please contact us immediately at support@pkluk.my.

Pk luk currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad, ৳200 for Rocket, and ৳1,000 for bank transfer.

Withdrawals must always be made via the same method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash. This is part of international AML compliance and is essential for the security of your account.

Once a bet placed on pk luk is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out or cancellation option is offered by the platform. The odds applicable are those at the time the bet was confirmed.

• The maximum bet per event is fixed and varies depending on the market and event
• If a technical error results in abnormal odds being displayed, PK Luk reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that event's bet will be refunded
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will continue with odds of 1.00
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found, the relevant bets will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.

In live betting, odds change rapidly. Always review the odds carefully before confirming your bet. If a bet is confirmed late due to network issues, pk luk reserves the right to determine the validity of that bet.

PK Luk follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. This means you may be required to submit a copy of your ID before processing certain withdrawals or during account verification.

• Account Use by an Underage Individual
• Refusal to provide KYC information
